Redefining Women’s Health, Together
A new kind of healthcare conversation, through a functional and integrative lens.
The Integrative Health Speaker Series is a live event series featuring a rotating panel of credentialed experts in women’s health. From medical professionals to integrative providers and licensed practitioners, each panel delivers meaningful education on the topics that matter most to women—through the lens of whole-person care.
Between in-person panel events, optional virtual workshops will offer interactive deep dives with select speakers, giving you a chance to explore focused topics in greater detail.
Rooted in Education. Built on Connection.
The Integrative Health Speaker Series is a natural extension of Beverly Mazza’s work in integrative and functional health and her belief that education is one of the most powerful tools we have to understand our health and take meaningful action.
This series was created to bring thoughtful, whole-person health conversations into a welcoming, community-based setting. It reflects a commitment to making trusted, evidence-informed guidance accessible to women who are curious, proactive, and ready to understand their health more deeply.
By connecting the dots between science, lived experience, and personalized care, we can help women feel empowered to make confident, informed decisions about their health.
We rotate through timely and foundational topics in integrative health, including:
Hormone Health & Menopause Care
Metabolic Health & Weight Support
Nervous System Health & Stress Recovery
Mental & Emotional Well-Being
Gut Health & Inflammation
Movement & Strength Training
Sleep & Circadian Rhythm
Functional & Integrative Medicine
Energy Healing & Mind-Body Modalities
