Functional Metabolic Health Assessment

You’re curious about taking a more integrative approach to your health—but you want to dip your toe in first. This session is designed for women who are ready to take a proactive, informed step toward understanding their metabolic health.
How It Works

Welcome! The Functional Metabolic Health Assessment ($149) includes...

  • a 40-minute, nurse-led session for women ready to explore integrative and functional support for metabolic health—without the commitment to a full program.
  • a pre-session functional health intake form and review of recent lab work (ideally within 6 months)
  • education on how lifestyle, stress, hormones, and other factors may be contributing to the trends you’re noticing
  • a better understanding of what labs matter and why—and guidance on labs to consider requesting from your provider for a more complete picture
  • a post-session summary highlighting key takeaways and supportive next-step options

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Your hemoglobin A1C is creeping up—even though your eating habits haven’t changed

Weight gain or body composition shifts, especially around the midsection, that feel hard to reverse

A cholesterol panel that’s trending higher without a clear explanation

Fatigue or brain fog that persists, despite a solid sleep routine and overall healthy lifestyle

A sense that you’re doing all the right things—but your body isn’t responding the way it used to

And when you’ve asked questions, you may have been told things are “normal” or that you just need to wait and see

After the session, you'll walk away with...

Personalized insight into your body: Your labs and health history provide important pieces of the puzzle when it comes to your metabolic health. Instead of viewing each number in isolation, we’ll step back and look at the bigger picture—how your lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and habits may be influencing those results. My role is to help you see connections and patterns, so you feel equipped to make meaningful changes.

Education that empowers you: This process isn’t about me telling you what’s “right” or “wrong.” It’s about giving you the knowledge and context that often gets left out of traditional care. Together, we’ll review what your results might indicate, explore the factors that influence metabolic health, and talk about practical steps that support your body’s ability to function well.

Actionable steps for optimized metabolic health: Metabolic health isn’t just about blood sugar or weight—it influences nearly every system in your body. When your metabolism is supported, you’re more likely to experience:

  • Better appetite regulation and fewer cravings
  • More consistent energy and focus throughout the day
  • Balanced hormones that support mood, sleep, and stress resilience
  • Healthier digestion and reduced inflammation
  • Lower risk of chronic conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and inflammatory disorders

Momentum: This is about giving you the tools and understanding you need to take charge of your health. By the end of your assessment, you’ll walk away with greater clarity about your metabolic health and where to focus your attention. From there, we can explore the next steps together, whether that’s coaching and ongoing support, using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for personalized metabolic insights, or simply applying what you’ve learned to your daily life.

Functional and integrative coaching can be life changing—but it’s not always easy to know where to start.

Maybe you’ve been curious about working with a functional medicine practitioner in a more personalized, whole-body way, but you’re not ready to commit to a full program. Or maybe cost has been a barrier, even though you know deep down that something clearly needs attention.

This session is designed to meet you right there.

This session is educational in nature and does not replace medical care. I will not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. My role is to provide integrative and functional health education, help you understand your labs and lifestyle factors, and guide you toward informed conversations with your primary care provider or specialist. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medical care plan.
