How It Works
The Integrative Health Collective is a monthly educational membership created and led by Beverly Mazza, BSN, RN, NC-BC, an experienced integrative and functional nurse.
It was created for women who are curious about their health and want a trusted place to keep learning about integrative, functional, and whole-person approaches.
Because there is always more to learn — but figuring out what information is trustworthy, discovering practitioners with different areas of expertise, and keeping up with the ever-growing world of health and wellness can feel like a full-time job.
Inside the Collective, Bev brings the learning together for you through live nurse-led conversations, a growing library of practitioner Deep Dive interviews, community discussion, curated resources, local events, and wellness experiences.

What’s Included in Your Membership
Monthly Functional Health Circles: Join Bev live each month for an interactive, nurse-led conversation around functional and integrative health. We'll explore different topics, resources, research, questions, and ideas together. Come with a general question, join the conversation, or simply listen and learn.
Circles are recorded and added to the member Hub for those who can't attend live.
The Functional Health Deep Dive Library: Access a continually growing collection of pre-recorded interviews with practitioners and professionals across a wide range of health and wellness specialties.
These longer-form conversations designed to give our guests room to explain their area of expertise, share how they approach their work, and help you better understand the topic being explored. New Deep Dives will continue to be added to the library.
Quarterly "Real Talk" Group Calls: A little less presentation, a lot more conversation. Our quarterly sessions bring practitioners into the Collective for relaxed, live educational conversations where member questions help shape where the discussion goes.
Private Member Group Chat: Stay connected between live calls, share an interesting resource, continue a conversation, or connect with other women in the Collective through our private member community.
Member Discounts on In-Person Events: Collective members receive special pricing on our local Integrative Health Speaker Series(opens in new tab) and Wellness Field Trips.
The Speaker Series brings practitioners together to explore one health topic through an integrative and whole-person lens, while Wellness Field Trips are smaller, local experiences designed to mix wellness with connection, curiosity, and a little fun.
Collective Wellness Picks & Resources: Access selected wellness brands, offers, discounts, and resources that align with the integrative and functional health topics explored inside the Collective.
